Karl's Vintage Mark 20H Collection

My "Basket Case" Mark 20HMY MARK 28H

Racing engine components are very rare to find and expensive to purchase. Here is an alternative (see also my Wizard Super 10). The next 3 photos will show my Mark 28H. What is that? Well it's a combination of Mark 25 flywheel, ignition, intake ports and crank shaft (shimmed up using Mark 5 piston rings behind upper and lower crank shaft bearings). Mark 25 splines run deeper so there's better mating to the Mark 20H drive shaft. I use a Mark 28 block and pistons and either a Mark 20H carb or one off a 4 cylinder 65 hp Merc 650. Note the steering bracket, throttle/fuel bracket and advanced timing adjustment lever. . Click on any photo to view an enlarged version.
